Based on its traditional culture as a family business, the Combined Berner Group has now formalized its leadership principles in the Management Guidelines. Our aim is to establish the Berner management culture permanently throughout the whole organization, as a basis for profitable cooperation and for the benefit of the individual employees and the company alike.
The guidelines contain clear statements on employee management and development, internal communications, transparency of procedures and accountability for decision making.
