Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Bachelor in chemistry, chemistry and business management, industrial engineering and business management or comparable; alternatively technical education
  • Advanced experiences in product safety (Classification & Labelling, SDS creation, CLP etc.)
  • Many years of experience in related expert subject, possibly in an international environment
  • Project management
  • MS-Office, PIM
  • Language skills: English B2 Level

Was Sie erwartet

  • Monitor legal development in the field of Chemicals
  • Identify business opportunities (product, service, others) from legal developments and calculate business case together with the responsible product manager
  • Identify the legal obligations (European, National) for placing product on the market (e.g. according to CLP, REACh, Biocide Regulation, Construction Products Regulation and others) and ensure compliance to them
  • Coordinate external service providers, testing institutes and consultants for product compliance; cooperate with authorities, internal and external suppliers
  • Manage the external creation of safety data sheets, workplace instructions, Art. 45 Registrations and other product compliance related documents
  • Create compliance related documents / declarations internally (in alignment with Continuous Improvement and Legal Department)
  • Support of Product Managers and Product Administration with Expert Knowledge in this field (e.g. Classification and Labelling, sales restrictions)
  • Support of sales subsidiaries in case of product compliance related requests from customers and/or authorities
  • Support on projects and run/manage own Projects
