Was Sie auszeichnet

  • Diploma or Master’s degree in Business (Administration) with focus on marketing and/or sales
  • Extended experience in service management, marketing management or sales, preferably in B2B retail and/or direct sales companies, or consulting background
  • Several years of leadership experience including budget management
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in establishing service offer or new business unit advantageous
  • Ideally previous experience in centralization projects of local activities in multinational organizations
  • Ability to lead teams and work in a matrix organization
  • Good written and oral presentation skills as well as MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English, other European languages advantageous (e.g. German, French)
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with C-level
  • Strong motivation to transform business with a hands-on mentality
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Strategy:

  • Develop Berner service strategy including growth and business plan and go-to-market approach
  • Drive transformation and change of mindset towards service as core differentiation and loyalty anchor
  • Contribute to increase customer loyalty, customer retention and share of wallet
  • Represent service as differentiation anchor towards C-level, senior management and decentral sales organizations


Planning:

  • Own service budget and planning
  • Align priorities, service roadmap and annual marketing plan for services
  • Contract key projects with marketing sales and further departments


Leadership and project management:

  • Lead and develop central service management team
  • Functionally lead decentral service management teams
  • Position Berner services according to the Berner strategy
  • Identify best practices and potential new services in and outside the industry
  • Develop new services as well as tools to manage services in order to create a competitive service portfolio
  • Define go-to-market approach for services and coordinate service launches internationally
  • Internationally standardize existing service offer and operational excellence


KPI tracking:

  • Ensure commercial contribution of service portfolio
  • Define, set and track KPIs for services
