The Combined Berner Group is made up of the two companies Berner SE, Künzelsau, and BTI Befestigungstechnik, Ingelfingen. As strategic holding company with group-wide functions, Berner SE is responsible for the further development of both the Berner and Caramba business units. At the end of 2010 the Group strengthened its international position through its consolidation as a European Corporation (SE). However Berner is and will continue to remain a family business.

The Caramba Chemical Group has been part of the Group since 2002. Recently proclaimed "Brand of the Century", Caramba aims to become the leading supplier of chemical products and accessories in the field of cleaning, care and maintenance.
