With two social projects within a few days, the BERNER Group has once again demonstrated the importance it attaches to social commitment.
Berner Group: Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update
As a European-wide commercial enterprise with subsidiaries in over 23 countries, the Berner Group, like many other companies, is being confronted with the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. On the one hand, we are doing everything in our power to secure supplies to our customers while continuing to offer a reliable service. On the other hand, we have taken numerous measures to protect our more than 8,200 employees in the field and in the office, as well as our customers and fellow human beings.
Sales via all channels
In order to continue to be there for our customers and business partners, we have expanded our online offering and are working in shifts, both in the call center and in logistics. Through our IT investments and the expansion of our IT support, we are also ensuring a higher utilization of the digital channels. At the request of our customers – and in compliance with country-specific regulations – our sales representatives are also working personally in local areas.
We would like to apologize in advance if delivery bottlenecks occur despite these measures. Our employees will continue to work hard to provide the best possible service.
Thank you for your continued confidence.
